Forum roleplay in simple terms means :-

  • A group of actors perform a short, loosely scripted scenario to an audience of candidates.
  • The candidates are asked to discuss and suggest ways in which the scenario they have just watched may be improved.
  • The actors incorporate their ideas into the re-runs of the scenes so the candidates can see how their ideas work in action.

This style of roleplay is ideal for candidates who deal with the public. Often used for company values, diversification and ethical working scenarios the candidates get to discuss, debate and learn the best ways to deal with certain situations. A perfect method for getting the message across to large groups, conferences and company meetings.
