Group Roleplay

Group roleplay in simple terms means :-
- Two to four roleplayers and your candidate.
- The candidate experiences a group encounter in a devised meeting scenario, which is usually task based.
- The roleplayers challenge the candidate with realistic 'agendas' and behaviour.
This style of roleplay is ideal for management training and assessment. Because the candidate will be interacting with more than one roleplayer at a time their skills in leadership, group management, interaction and decision making are being tested.
Best used for: STAFF DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING and ASSESSMENT
