- Our roleplayer, your candidate and an assessor.
- A pre-arranged simulated situation is created following an agreed scenario.
- Our roleplayer and your candidate interact as the assessor observes and evaluates the candidate.
This style of roleplay is ideal for assessing candidates for all training, development and assessment needs.
It can be used for all levels of staff who interact with others, be it other employees or the customer.
