		Martyn Andrews (Managing Director)
		Martyn has held senior positions in several blue chip companies. Having started with the Home Office, he has gained in-depth experience in project and change management. He has been heavily involved in Human Resource development/training and implementing TQM (Lloyds TSB), business strategy development and the managing of the implementation of new Personnel/HR systems (Marks & Spencer). He is a Quality Consultant and experienced ISO standards implementer within the SME sector (member of the British Standards Institute). Martyn is also a professional actor with over thirty years acting experience (member of Equity).

		Claire Richards (Marketing Director)
		Claire is a professional actress who trained at the Italia Conti Stage School in London, first appearing on stage at the age of 10. She has combined a lengthy, award-winning, acting career with that of training and marketing largely in the Finance Industry, working for many years as a Senior Consultant for Allied Dunbar. Claire has specialised in roleplay for the last six years and is also a Director of Fluellen Theatre Company.

		Peter Richards (Head of Artistic Development)
		Peter has worked extensively as an actor and freelance director since 1970. Having trained with Traverse Theatre in London, Peter's career has seen him act and direct widely across the UK and Europe. He has also held many managerial posts, including Artistic Director of the Britannia Theatre and Production Administrator for the Wales Theatre Company (under Michael Bogdanov). His business experience includes holding the posts of International Sales Manager (Rosco Ltd) and Sales Director (The Stage Company). Peter is currently the Artistic Director for Fluellen Theatre Company.

		Geraldine Davies (Executive Advisor)
		Geraldine Davies comes from a Press & PR background having worked at BP Oil for many years, before moving on to become an Accounts Manager for a design and leaflet distribution company. Having also worked in the theatre for thirty years as an actor, stage manager and director she joined REACT as a professional roleplayer and soon became part of the Management Team. Geraldine has also recently taken on the role of Promotions Manager for Fluellen Theatre Company.

		Tom McLeod (Technical Media Manager)
		After gaining a BSc (Honours) degree in Computing and Business Administration from the University of Kent, Tom then went on to study with LAMDA for The Certificate in Speech and Drama Performance Studies. He launched his own online retail company in 2003 and has been employed as both an IT Consultant and Media Development Manager in recent years.

		Huw Richards (Creative Media Manager)
		Huw has worked with REACT europe ltd for nearly five years after studying Film Production at The University of Wales Newport. He has worked as a freelance director overseeing work for Frame by Frame Productions and Fluellen Theatre Company's acclaimed revival of Under Milk Wood. As an actor Huw has been involved in touring productions throughout the UK and South Africa.
