What is Roleplay?

The changing of one's behavior to fulfill a social role.

According to the Oxford English Dictionary, roleplay is the changing of one's behaviour to fulfil a social role.

In essence, roleplay is creating a realistic yet simulated situation in which candidates can be assessed and developed accordingly.
